Welcome to Dropship — Toxic Isles (“App”), operated through Dropship-Game.com (“Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, Website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must have a valid Meta account and comply with all Meta platform requirements. There are no specific age restrictions beyond those enforced by Meta; however, users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should seek parental or guardian consent before using the Service.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
3. In-Game Purchases
Dropship — Toxic Isles may include optional, paid digital content (e.g., upgrades, items). All purchases are processed through the Meta Store, subject to Meta’s billing policies. We do not process or store payment information. Unless otherwise required by law or Meta’s refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable laws or Meta’s policies.
Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service.
Attempt to access or manipulate the game software or its assets.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service, including but not limited to graphics, sound, gameplay mechanics, and code, is the intellectual property of Dropship-Game.com or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use of any game assets, trademarks, or branding is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms, Meta’s policies, or otherwise harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, performance, or content of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropship-Game.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dropship-Game.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

For the purposes of these Terms, the Website, the App, and KobraVR Ltd shall be deemed to constitute a single entity, and references to any of them shall be construed as interchangeable unless expressly stated otherwise.
